Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Skills Seedlings. We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
ℹ️ Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:
- Australia
- Canada
- Germany
- India
- Norway
- United Kingdom
- United States
We do not ship to any destinations outside the countries listed above at this time. If your country is not listed, please contact us at support@skillseedlings.com and we will do our best to assist you.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or factors outside our control.
Australia: 10–20 business days
Canada: 7-10 business days
Germany: 10–25 business days
India: 15–25 business days
Norway: 15–25 business days
United Kingdom: 10-25 business days
United States: 8–15 business days
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import duties levied by your country’s customs authority. Skills Seedlings is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged upon delivery. These charges are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
Customs processing can add delays beyond our estimated delivery windows. Skills Seedlings has no control over customs procedures.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via the carrier’s website or through our tracking page.
Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
7. Lost or Undelivered Packages
Skills Seedlings takes responsibility for your order up until it is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier to your provided address.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Skills Seedlings is no longer responsible for the package. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbours or household members
- Checking any safe drop locations at your property
- Contacting your local post office with your tracking number
- Filing a report with the carrier directly
If your package is genuinely lost in transit (i.e., tracking has not updated for an extended period or shows an error), please contact us at support@skillseedlings.com and we will investigate and work to resolve the issue.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Skills Seedlings is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. No refund or resend will be issued in such cases.
